Dorothy Walwyn’s house and hands are full — four energetic children under 6 years old compete for her undivided attention, ask seemingly endless questions, and keep her busy all the time.

“Every day’s not perfect, because you’ve got four toddlers, but it’s happy. I love it. I wouldn’t change it for nothing in the world,” she said.

However, T-ymeir, Kimia, Tyrese, and Kimberlynn aren’t her children — they’re her second cousins. Before a few months ago, she’d only met two of the children…
