Coffee Quest 419 wraps biggest year yet with thousands participating

Armed with tumblers, phone chargers, and a thirst for local flavor, nearly 5,000 coffee lovers traveled throughout the Toledo area this spring, chasing caffeine, community, and prizes.

Destination Toledo’s annual Coffee Quest 419 wrapped up its seventh and most successful year yet, logging more than 24,500 check-ins and generating an estimated $200,000 in local economic activity. The spring-long event ran from March 15 through mid-June and drew participation from both locals and out-of-town visitors.

“Coffee Quest 419 has been such a fun initiative for our organization to be part of,” said Caleigh Heuring, director of marketing and communications at Destination Toledo. “It brings together local businesses, plus invites locals and visitors to explore, have fun, and support the local community.”…
