TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man charged for allegedly killing another person at a Toledo McDonald’s location was found incompetent to stand trial, court filings read.
Kemarri Anderson, 25, was indicted back in May on numerous charges in the shooting death of 44-year-old Brandon Abbott.
Court records on July 15 said Anderson was determined to be incompetent to stand trial, but there is a “substantial probability” he could become competent to stand trial after treatment within the next year. He’ll be sent to the Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare facility. Another hearing for Anderson’s court case was scheduled for June 11, 2026…
