The Southfield Police Department is currently engaged in an active search for a missing 3-year-old boy, Terri Brock Winter, believed to have been taken out of state by his mother, Teri Brock. CBS Detroit reported that Terri was taken on Thursday, following his mother’s failure to bring him to court, despite a court order stipulating his return to Lance Winter, his biological father and sole guardian.
