TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Public Schools, along with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, will be giving out free bookbags and school supplies at their Back to School Bash on July 31.
The event will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on July 31 at the Wayman Palmer YMCA on E. Bancroft Street.
