TOLEDO, Ohio — A Maumee man was indicted Tuesday on felony counts in a May 29 crash that killed one person and injured another, according to a Lucas County Common Pleas Court document.
Demond Dohbit, age 32, was indicted on a third-degree felony count of aggravated vehicular homicide and a fourth-degree felony count of vehicular assault.
The crash, which occurred at the intersection of the Anthony Wayne Trail and Sherwood Avenue in south Toledo, injured Dohbit, as well as the driver and occupant of the second vehicle involved.
