TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents at Executive Towers in Toledo were informed Monday they have until Friday to move out, with the management company citing ongoing “complex” issues with water leaks.
The situation affects dozens of families, with city records saying there were 48 occupied units there as of last week.
City crews inspected Executive Towers, located near the intersection of Collingwood and Woodruff, on July 31, according to city records. The following day, the city issued a public nuisance order that required the property to fix major issues, or face possible fines or criminal charges…
