TOLEDO, Ohio — Just a day after telling residents they had four days to vacate their apartments, management at Executive Towers has officially retracted the lease termination notice.
In a new letter distributed Tuesday, Denizen Management said that after further conversations with licensed plumbing contractors and the City of Toledo, they now believe there is time to explore options for needed repairs without displacing tenants.
“You are not required to vacate your apartment at this time,” the notice reads. “Your lease will continue under its current terms.”…
