Maggie Sutton was working in the garden at her Perrysburg Township home on a Thursday afternoon earlier this summer when a neighbor ran out of a residence, screaming for help.
She followed the neighbor inside and found Klaus Zoepke, the woman’s longtime partner, unconscious on a chair in the living room.
