TOLEDO, Ohio — For one day only, the Maumee Riverfront will transform into an electrifying atmosphere with the return of Toledo’s Glass City JazzFest.
From smooth to energetic, you can expect all kinds of jazz styles at the festival from 12:30 p.m. to sunset on Saturday, Aug. 9, at the Glass City Metropark. The festival is free and features several live jazz performances. Food trucks, vendors and family-friendly activities will be available throughout the jazz-filled day.
JazzFest will also offer:
- Open-lawn and reserved seating.
- TARTA $3 round-trip shuttles from the Franklin Mall and The Docks to the Glass City Metropark. Trips from the Franklin Mall will begin at 11:30 a.m. and run every 30 minutes until 8:30 p.m. Trips from The Docks will begin at 11:45 a.m. and run every 15 minutes until 9 p.m.
- An open “Post-Festival Jazz Jam” session from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at the Assembly American Brasserie in downtown Toledo. Admission is $20.
