TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are seeking help from the public in locating a missing adult, whom they said is legally blind and has several health-related issues.
According to a police report, the missing person is 33-year-old Jessica Taylor. Taylor’s caregiver reported her missing to police on Friday around midnight after she said she has not been able to contact Taylor for over two days.
