TOLEDO, Ohio — Authorities responded to a water rescue call near the Martin Luther King Bridge just before 3 p.m. Friday.
According to Toledo Fire’s battalion chief, a civilian boater found a body in the Maumee River.
Investigators have not yet identified the body, but according to a post from social media, the mother of a missing disabled man from east Toledo stated that the body was that of her son, Andreas Madrigal, who had been missing since Wednesday night…
