TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Bulk items left behind, missed trash pickups, blight, and infestation are some of the problems people reported seeing with Toledo’s current trash service.
As Republic Services’ contract with the city is set to expire, Toledo and Republic leaders are suggesting changes to improve service.
