TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo woman won the top prize of $80,000 a year for 25 years on an Ohio lottery scratch-off ticket.
She bought the winning $2,000,000 Cashword scratch-off ticket at Sam’s Deli on Matzinger Road in Toledo, the Ohio Lottery said. The ticket cost $30.
Instead of opting to take that top prize and get an annual check, she opted to take her cash up front. The Ohio Lottery said the cash option for the prize is $1,000,000. After state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, she will receive $720,000, the lottery said…
