The Ottawa County Health Department’s Sanitation Division reported the following critical violations during food inspections between July 1 and July 31.
Bay Lodging Resort, 405/425 Lakeview Ave., Put-in-Bay. Violation: Handsink being used for cutting boards and sprayer and can only be used for handwashing; container of milk had no discard date; soda pop gun had debris buildup.
Torugas, 227 Bayview, Second Floor, Put-in-Bay. Violation: Spatula had chips and dents and being used in food, and damaged items must be removed…
