TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – After a week of garbage pick-up delays, a Republic Services spokesperson says crews are on track to resume regular service Monday.
The spokesperson told 13 Action News that crews made additional progress Sunday on pick-ups, though several people throughout the area said Sunday night that their trash cans were still waiting to be emptied.
Local union drivers were supporting Teamsters members elsewhere who are striking against Republic Services. As a result, people across Lucas County saw delays in garbage pick-ups…
