“My heart is literally broken” | Family and friends say goodbye to 19-year-old Andreas Madrigal

TOLEDO, Ohio — A vigil was held on Sunday night at Glass City Metropark for a 19-year-old who drowned in the Maumee River after going missing earlier this week from his home in east Toledo.
