TOLEDO, Ohio — The family of Antonio Gaston, the 53-year-old father of four who died in an accident at Stellantis’ Toledo Assembly Complex last year, has filed a lawsuit against Stellantis North America and other parties involved.
The family, along with their legal team, held a press conference Monday to announce the lawsuit.
