Toledo launches public survey ahead of possible trash service shakeup

TOLEDO, Ohio — The city of Toledo wants residents to start “talking trash” — literally.

Leaders are asking residents to fill out a survey about their garbage pickup experience as officials weigh the future of the city’s trash contract.
