TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The company behind a mining operation in Toledo has filed an appeal against a recent stop-work order.
Rocky Ridge Development LLC has filed an appeal with the Board of Zoning Appeals for multiple reasons, a company spokesperson told 13 Action News, but will not provide further comment at this point since the matter is pending. A City of Toledo spokesperson confirmed that an appeal was filed.
