TOLEDO, Ohio — A murder warrant has been issued for an 18-year-old man in the shooting death of a 31-year-old man earlier this month.
Police say Carlos Ignacio Ramirez is wanted for the Aug. 9 shooting that killed Leonel Avila Rodriguez in the early morning hours of Saturday, Aug. 9.
