The father of a Toledo man indicted for murder shot himself while police were serving a warrant at his home, the Lucas County coroner said Saturday.
Timothy Mulvey, 61, committed suicide while police were serving a warrant at his home in the 800 block of Colburn St. in South Toledo on Friday afternoon, Dr. Thomas Blomquist said.
