MONROE COUNTY, Michigan (WTVG) – Three Monroe County teens have been charged after they allegedly fled from officers, crashing a stolen vehicle. Investigators say the trio could be involved in numerous other thefts across multiple surrounding counties.
On Friday, law enforcement officials say they responded to the area of E. Elm Avenue and I-75 after being alerted by FLOCK of a stolen vehicle in the area.
Deputies say they tried to pull over the driver near E. Elm and Detroit avenues. The vehicle reportedly stopped, but then sped away, leading them on a chase at speeds up to 80 miles per hour…
