TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Republic Services said curbside collection service is returning to normal, but some Toledoans say that isn’t the case in their neighborhood.
Viewers have been calling 13 Action News, saying their garbage or recycling cans have been sitting on the curb for weeks!
