OHIO — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
According to a late-night Facebook post from the Toledo Police Department, 13-year-old Avah Negilski was last seen near the 1900 block of Ottawa Drive. Authorities did not release the exact time she was last seen.
