14-year-old arrested for firing gun in Toledo, police say

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Police arrested a young teenager over the weekend for allegedly firing a gun while at a Toledo home.

According to TPD reports, police arrested a 14-year-old who admitted to officers that he shot a gun while at a home on Torrence Drive, not far from the intersection of Jackman Road and Berdan Avenue. No one was injured in the incident.

Officers responded to the home for a shots fired call around 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 29. Crews found shell casings in the yard and heard a “frantic noise” inside the home, the report said…
