WALBRIDGE, Ohio (WTVG) – Prosecutors in Wood County are weighing bringing felony charges against a former officer accused of responding to a call for service while drunk in an incident that was caught on camera.
A statement from the Wood County Prosecutor’s Office on Friday said the office is reviewing the August incident involving former Walbridge Police Officer Michael Ervin to see if felony charges are warranted.
