Toledo fire facilities placed on lockdown

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo Fire and Rescue Department facilities were placed on lockdown Friday afternoon, officials confirmed.

As of 12:46 p.m., Pvt. Sheldon Collins said all facilities were under lockdown.
