TOLEDO, Ohio — ProMedica will move Flower Hospital’s obstetrics program to the Toledo Hospital by the end of the year, the healthcare company announced on Friday.
Flower Hospital will lose its inpatient OB program, but keep outpatient OB services as part of the move, which is intended to create an “enhanced OB program” at Toledo Hospital, according to a press release from ProMedica.
