TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo drivers may want to avoid the intersection of Secor and Laskey for two weeks starting Monday.
All traffic will have to turn right at the intersection. No left turns will be allowed. The intersection will close to all truck and bus traffic.
