The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority will move its bus lineups Sunday because of the Garmin Marathon Series, and buses may be delayed by detours.
The TARTA Transit Hub at Cherry and Huron streets will be closed all day Sunday because of the road races that start at 7 a.m., with several of them using Cherry Street.
