13 Great Danes seized from Toledo home after dog on the loose attacks man

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – 13 dogs were seized from a Toledo home after several Great Danes escaped, resulting in a man being attacked.

Toledo Police reports said the four Great Danes got loose from their West Toledo home on Saturday afternoon. The dogs wandered to the 4000 block of W. Alexis where one of them attacked a man and bit his leg, police said.

Officers followed the dogs back to their home and spoke with their owner, who surrendered three adult Great Danes and seven puppies. The police report said they were recently featured on the news as being a menace in their neighborhood…
