Venezuelan man who allegedly pretended to be teen in Perrysburg pleads guilty to federal charges

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Venezuelan man who allegedly pretended to be a teenager while attending Perrysburg High School has pleaded guilty to multiple federal charges.

Court records say Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra pleaded guilty to four charges on Tuesday: possession of a firearm by an alien unlawfully in the United States, false statement during purchase of a firearm, and two counts of making or using false writings or documents.

The court filing said he’s court-ordered to have no contact with any student at Perrysburg High School. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on the federal charges on January 23, 2026. He could face up to 30 years in prison…
