Toledo apartment fire ruled case of arson, police seek public tips

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Police detectives are asking the public for information on an apartment fire that investigators are now calling a case of arson.

TPD said Wednesday that anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the case could be eligible for a cash reward up to $5,000.
