TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Under the cover of darkness, they move from car to car, looking for any doors that are unlocked.
“All in a matter of, like, not even 10 minutes,” said Alycia Davis. “Went through on my camera. Seen two of them walking down the street, waiting for a clearing, for a neighbor to leave, and just ducked down, started grabbing on handles. Any car they could get into, they got into.”
