TOLEDO, Ohio — A man accused of keeping a 12-year-old child against their will in his Toledo apartment for two weeks pleaded not guilty this week to misdemeanor charges of criminal child enticement and unlawful restraint.
Quincy Young, 25, was arrested on Sept. 30 for allegedly keeping the child at his residence at an apartment complex off of Hill Avenue in south Toledo.
