Police have identified the 11-year-old child who died Monday evening after being stuck by a car in West Toledo as De’vonte Bailey, of Nebraska Avenue.
Around 7:54 p.m. Clive McCalman, 76, was southbound on Jackman Road approaching Marlow Road when De’vonte, who was eastbound on Marlow on a bicycle, rode out in front of him, police said.
