TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man was arraigned in court on Thursday for allegedly shooting into a vehicle with people inside, hitting a nearby home in the process.
Aaron Nicholson, 32, is charged with two counts of felonious assault, one for each of the two people in the vehicle, and one count of improperly discharging a firearm, according to Toledo Municipal Court records.
