ROSSFORD, Ohio — A Rossford family is asking for community support as one of their own, Gary Kovach, faces a difficult battle with stage four prostate cancer.
Kovach, a husband, father, and grandfather, is known for his 14 years of hard work at Norplas Industries. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer over the summer and is now enduring months of treatment, surgery, and recovery — all while medical and daily expenses continue to mount.
“Thanks to my wife, who really got me through this, and family, friends,” said Kovach. “I was in the hospital for about seven days, came home, and after that, the real journey began trying to heal.”…
