A West Toledo man has been charged with murder in connection with a shooting that left a woman dead.
A charge of murder was filed Monday against Jeffrey Townsend, Jr., 35. He is accused of shooting and killing Jacquelen Garza, 36, a woman with whom he was in a relationship.
