TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man is keeping the memory of his fiancé alive after a random act of violence changed his life forever.

Andrew Price and Cole Lepkowski, 26, had just returned from planning their wedding in Michigan, ready to start their next chapter together. But that joy turned to tragedy just days later, on June 29.
