A new Sheetz gas station is being proposed within the city of Toledo.
If approved, the gas station would be located where the Monroe Street Market Square Shopping Center is currently. The applicant is asking for a special use permit for 5305 and 5321 Monroe St. and 4700 Nantuckett Dr.
The property is owned by Toledo-based Grimon Properties Limited, and Sheetz will be the tenant, according to an analysis by the city’s plan staff…
