OREGON, Ohio (WTVG) – The Oregon City Council voted unanimously Monday night to name a section of Starr Avenue in honor of two brothers that were killed at the Toledo Refinery three years ago.
In the proclamation, the council said Max and Ben Morrissey likely saved the lives of many of their coworkers due to their actions on September 20, 2022.
