TOLEDO, Ohio — The city of Toledo is set to host an open house informational meeting with the public to discuss improvements along the Ottawa River.
The city said it received $400,000 from the U.S Environmental Protection Agency to build an instream habitat in the nearshore area by Harry Kessler Park that would create habitats for local wildlife and improve community use areas.
