TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A 5-year-old black Labrador retriever is recovering after being bitten by two neighbor dogs in Lucas County.
Lucas County Canine Care and Control is investigating the incident. The Labrador, named Jelly, suffered neck injuries and can barely move her neck, according to her owner, Chad Walpole.
