TOLEDO, Ohio — Medical Mutual and ProMedica finalized an agreement, which enables members to continue their in-network coverage.
In August 2025, ProMedica and Medical Mutual had a contract dispute that would have caused patients to lose in-network coverage if a deal was not reached by the start of 2026. The loss of coverage would have impacted those insured under both Medical Mutual and Paramount, since the latter became a subsidiary of Medical Mutual in 2024.
