Mercy Health, Humana reach contract agreement to keep patients in-network

TOLEDO, Ohio — Mercy Health announced Monday it has reached a contract agreement with Humana, keeping more than 12,000 patients across Toledo in-network.

The deal, effective Dec. 1, covers Humana’s Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid plans. Mercy Health said the agreement ensures its hospitals, physicians, urgent care clinics, ambulatory surgery centers and other care sites remain in network for all Humana patients.
