TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo woman said she has not received her November SNAP benefits more than three weeks after they were scheduled to arrive.
The woman, who is disabled and on a fixed income, said her benefits normally arrive on the 4th of each month. She said she should have received her November payment on Nov. 4.
“My benefits normally go in on the 4th, so I should’ve had my benefit on November 4th and they were starting to announce they were using partials, well I never got a partial either,” she said…
