Executive Towers tenants still frustrated with state of building and billing process

Outside of Executive Towers Apartments on Monday, a group of workers was bearing the cold weather to fix the roof; but inside, a group of upset tenants expressed their frustrations with the condition and management of the building.

“We’re being penalized for still living here,” Venus Chapman said to a group of about 20 individuals.

Ms. Chapman, who has lived at Executive Towers for five years, leads the tenant union at the apartment complex. She said residents are frustrated with the condition of the building, the billing process for utilities, and the city of Toledo for not stepping in.
