TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents at Madonna Homes had their hot water restored Thursday after going five days without service during a cold spell.
Residents said they received a robocall on Sunday informing them that the hot water had stopped working. The issue was supposed to be fixed Monday, but residents said no solution came until they contacted 13 Action News.
“We have not been able to shower or comfortably wash our dishes without our hands being ice cold,” said Enhelika Reitz, a resident. “I’ve been boiling water and had to go to family members’ houses to take showers.”…
